Exchange & Return Policy


 

As much as we value our customers, our return and exchange policies are as easy as ABC.

 

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your merchandise within 15 days of the invoice date if you meet the following requirements:

  • Plastic sleeves remain on all glasses;
  • Tags are intact;
  • Each exchanged item has to be a complete set-a full dozen;
  • A copy of the invoice is inside the package with a discernible invoice number.

 

Please allow us to process the exchange in 1-2 weeks.

Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable. Customers should pay for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

If products are manufacturing defects, please inform us within 5 business days upon sdelivery.  Otherwise the exchange could not be processed.

Return Policy

You may return items within 15 to 30 days of the invoice date. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your refund.

Returned merchandise has to be its original form and condition. We regret to inform you that a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be imposed on all returned merchandise without the invoice. 

It may take us up to 4 weeks to issue a credit card refund depending on your financial institution. Again, shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please note: Refunds come in two forms: a credit card refund OR store credit. You may choose one that fits your needs.
